I am a certified Coach with experience in international environments understanding how the dynamics of organizations work and I know from personal experience how it feels to feel stuck. I will be your partner in the Coaching process and I will challenge you to get to know and to understand yourself better, to gain new insights and to try new behaviours. We will look at your current situation from different perspectives and always with a solution-oriented view so that you can find your own strategy to "solve your problem" and to implement positive changes in your day-to-day life.

I offer my coachings in Dutch, English, German language. And...did you know that online coachings are just as effective as face-to-face coachings? Online or face-to-face, you decide what you prefer.

How a Coaching process with me looks like

We start with a free introduction call to find out whether Coaching is the right method for you in your current situation and whether we want to work together.

Once both is a yes, we schedule an intake to define the coaching topic and goal, the expected number of sessions, the evaluation frequency and the costs. This intake can be a 1 to 1 conversation between you and me or if your coaching is part of a development at your current employer, this session could be together with HR or your line manager. We will then set up a written coaching agreement together to have all expectations clear.

We then start with the coaching sessions. One session takes 90 minutes. The sessions can take place online or face-to-face.

During the entire coaching process we will regularly evaluate where we are and what interventions are needed. If an employer is involved, we also will agree at the beginning of the process how the feedback and evaluation with the employer will look like.

At the end of the coaching you have gained new skills and/or you have a clear plan for your next steps. There will be an end evaluation where we clearly measure the results of the coaching process.

It goes without saying that you can always expect absolute loyalty from me towards you as a client. You can expect clear agreements and a clear goal and result orientation of the process at all times. You can also expect transparency of the procedure and confidentiality towards third parties. If an employer is involved we will always agree beforehand which information will be shared.
